3. Written by Kaye on March 20, 2012 from mediapolis, iowa, US My experience- 1st they want a "refundable" $50.00 deposit, then when you request a vacation they demand another $49.24 for "service charge", then when you get there you have to pay the room taxes yourself. The motel they book you into will be the lowest-budget, out of the way place they can find. It will not be worth the money you have laid out or be any place you would ever book and stay in yourself. Your refundable $50.00 is subject to sitting through a 1 1/2 hour timeshare hard-sell. The timeshare resort doesn't give you your money back you have to request that from ETTSI and DO NOT expect to see that anytime soon, if ever. My advice is to run as fast as you can from any dealings with ETTSI as it is a total scam. Just wish I had know this before I gave them any of my money. Worse vacation experience I have ever had.
4. Written by sheila on February 4, 2012 from syracuse, new york, US Worst travel agency ever to deal with! Rare event to actually "talk" to agent, once travel is booked. I booked an all inclusive....funny that my transfers from airport to resort were NOT part of an all inclusive?? We were "on our own" to find the transfers. This company did not even offer. Their attention to detail is sorely lacking, I would not ever use them again.
5. Written by Iain McKenzie on September 23, 2011 from woodbridge, virginia, US I was told on 01/27 that my refund was being processed and it would take 45-60 days. It's now September (almost October) and I'm still waiting. All calls have gone unanswered. I wish I had of come across this website before sending a deposit.

7. Written by CAU-Tompkins on July 12, 2011 from clarksburg, west virginia, US Paid for my $50 refundable deposit in May 2010. Never took a trip (no dates or locations were ever available- big shock!). I have request a refund numerous times, 1 time via telephone, 3 letters and 4 faxes. 1 year 2 months later... no refund. Ive had the pleasure of speaking with Julia, Cindy, Darlene, Jill, Ann..... I "won" this through my Toyota Dealer and even the Dealership recommended it. WTH!

10. Written by Stephanie on February 3, 2011 from fresno, california, US The only good thing about this is at least I know It's not just me who's getting screwed over! My 12 year old daughter had a school fund raiser, she had a goal to win the 'FREE VACATION' and she worked her little tail off going door to door (with supervision of course), asking family, friends, anyone who would give her 5 mins and she actually did get the free trip...at least that's what we were told. I filled out the paper work, mailed it, received more paper work to fill out, which I did, then fax to Julia...I waited and waited and finally called Julia who 'never received my fax' (even though I have confirmation that it went through via my fax records) so I re-faxed. I had 2 different cites and a few different dates. I again never got a call back so I had to call myself and see what the delay was this time, turns out they don't offer either of the 2 cities anymore (San Diego my daughters choice :-( or San Francisco)...wonderful! So I picked a new city Anaheim and re-faxed yet again...and have to call back yet again...I am told that the dates I picked are not available so I send over 6 new dates...and OMG wouldn't you know it those aren't available either. I ask Christine (who is now 'dealing with me') what dates are available and she tells me 'IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY!!' I need to give them dates and they'll get back to me Oh and FYI they're getting ready to not offer Anaheim either...I told her that I thought her and her company were VILE people ripping off a 12 year old little girl. I just faxed them AGAIN today with over 50 different dates...If they don't accommodate me not only am I contact BBB but also a local news program, this is OUTRAGEOUS
