1. Written by Kaye on March 20, 2012 from , , From my experience those who are out their $50.00 deposit actually came out better than my dealing with ETTSI. I unfortunately got a vacation booked and they then demanded another $49.24 for "service fees". We get to our destination and find we are booked into a small hole-in-the-wall motel where you couldn't even shower without the tub faucet flying off and smacking you in the leg. Roach motels were under the beds and the beds were so bad we couldn't sleep. On top of that we were responsible for the room taxes. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out the next morning. Our $50.00 deposit required us to sit through a 90 minute timeshare sales pitch and the refund money was not given by the timeshare people. They said ETTSI would give the refund. We opted to cut our losses and kiss our refund good-by. Why give up 90 minutes for a refund we in all likelihood would never ever see. I have since research ETTSI and found they have been revoked by the BBB with an "F" rating. This company is a scam and I wish someone would shut them down so they can't keep taking advantage of unsuspecting people.

3. Written by Linda on January 11, 2012 from calgary, alberta, CA I too received a package of free airline trips, cruise and hotel stay. Being a little sceptical I sought all of you out on here. My husband and I fell for this sort of thing under a different complany name. It took me 8 months of correspondence with the BBB of Florida, the company, and even had the credit card company fighting in my corner, to get my money back. I was like a pit bull, I phone frequently and talked to people higher up the totem pole. Keep track of all names, all correspondence, heck even record phone calls. I feel so bad for all of you and thank you very much for your information. You have saved one person from the scam and bs. Good luck and dont take no for an answer.
4. Written by W. D. Snigar on January 5, 2012 from oakhurst, california, US I plan to personally show up at their Daytona Office the first week of February. It is principle before money. If that doesn't work, a call to the State Attorney General might get the ball rolling. A company like this needs to be shut down.
5. Written by Priscilla on August 24, 2011 from clayton, north carolina, US I also have not received my $50 deposit refund nor a request for an additional $51 refund for overcharged resort fees after an Orlando/Hilton Head trip in May. I was told in June it takes 45 to 60 days to get the refund but nothing yet and now I cannot get anyone on the phone nor can I get a returned e-mail.
6. Written by Vicki on August 4, 2011 from little rock, arkansas, US Sent refundable deposit of $198 to activate COMPLIMENTARY airline voucher and COMPLIMENTARY cruise for 2. Still waiting for my refund after discovering all the restrictions. It's been over 60 days and no one returns calls. Sounds like the same problem everyone else has experienced. It's so incredible that they are still in business. Where are all our consumer advocates like the BBB, Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Affairs officers? We need to shut them down!!!
7. Written by Trudy Vanhorn on July 28, 2011 from west point, georgia, US We won a free 7 night cruise and free roundtrip airfair for two. The cost of the two tickets is a min of $400. I read all teh fine print before I sent in my $99. Then I received another aper that had more fine print. They added layer after layer of rules so that they were almost un useable. I am just getting ready to request refund. Looks like it will be awhile. I am ready to shut these folks down!

10. Written by AS on June 3, 2011 from gilbert, arizona, US We also were scammed. The deposit went on our DC back in August 2010. Went to Vegas March 5, 6 and 7 right away sent in for refund heard nothing after a month. Sent another request in writing with a copy of the first letter request and one month later still nothing, no refund. What a scam this company is. I just wrote a complaint to the Attorney General of Florida asking them to take away this company's license to operate because they are scamming so many people! ugh.
