Written by Blain on December 22, 2011 from herndon, virginia, US I found they have A A+ rating with the BBB, so I filed a complaint with the BBB, ETTS answered by saying that I used a Debit instead of a Credit card so they voided my free hotel stay. They agreed I took the tour and met all other obligations. They refuse to refund me my money. I offered to give them my credit card, but they refused. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER. They should be forced out of business. |
