I, like several others that I have read about, fell victim to ETTSI's false claims and lack of customer service when I tried to get a refund.

I will lose additional money by failing a claim against them in Small Claims Court but i will do so just to let them know they didn't get away with it. I sent a registered letter to their headquarters requesting the refund and still got a run around in their lame attempt to contact me afterwards.

This company looks ripe for a class action suit by consumers that have been ripped off. I plan to check on that aspect. 128d1d3
