After failing to get a response from anyone at Executive Tour and Travel about the $50 deposit refund and overcharges for the resort fees for my Orlando/Hilton Head Trip, I reported them to the Florida Better Business Bureau (I went on BBB's Web Site not the BBB on ET&T's web site) and I received a $50 refund check within a matter of days. Executive Tour and Travel refused to refund the overcharged resort fees, so I've let that go. I Will never trust these so called "free" trip ads again and I hope to never deal with Executive Tour & Travel again. 128d210
