This the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. I went through the same problem as the first customer. I wasn't able to get the dates I wanted so I wanted a refund of the amount paid for the trip. OF course I was promised a refund but guess what? No refund yet. They don't even answer their phone so is this a scam company or what? I would not recommend this travel company to anyone unless I didn't want them to ever talk to me again. Don't be fooled by this company, it's ridiculous. 128d24c

I've got this deal through Toyota dealership. I do not understand how Toyota can do that?

Companies like this one bring shame to the timeshare industry. I work for that industry and can tell you the terms and conditions sent red alert but failed to disclose that their advertisement is for the intent of selling timeshare interests. I just hope an Attorney General slams them with a major fee for non-disclosure.

JoJo: I have read through the terms and conditions. That's the whole problem! People are reading the terms and conditions, but are not being refunded what they are being promised.

By the way, I did NOT get scammed by this company because I was suspicious of it from the start due to the complexity of reserving a hotel through them. People are not just pointing their fingers at "someone else" as you say: the contracts (with the fine print) are NOT being honored. All of you who are not receiving your refunds need to file a class-action lawsuit against this organization. I know a good lawyer: me! ;-)

Maybe people should read through the terms and conditions printed on the back of these brochures. What person in their right mind actually believes they are getting a "free" vacation. Wouldnt the first step be to read your fine print?

HEELOOOOO. You allowed yourself to be so called "scammed"! Dont point your fingers at someone else or another company...
