Filed my BBB Complaint to day for my $100 refund from ETTSI.
Sent $100 deposit to ETTSI in February 2011....however, after receiving the official voucher in the mail and reading the strict guidelines & restrictions of the package - we determined that there was no way we could adhere to all of the fine print (none of this was mentioned in the information we 1st received...we only learned of all of this AFTER we sent the $100 deposit)
Requested a refund on 7/21/11. Customer service asked me to fax my request to them. I did.
Called 9/2/11, was told the refund would take 60 business days.
Called 10/17/11 (60th business day) left a voice mail message.
Called 11/4/11 was told the refund should have been sent and she confirmed my address. She said she'd have it rushed to me.
Called 11/22/11. Lefty voice mail message.
Still no return. . . .
